। ॥ ६७१ ॥
In plain words
Whatever the thing, whatever the contact, wherever joy turns up — that joy belongs to the supreme Brahman and to nothing else. It is Brahman flashing into view.
Close to the Sanskrit
Whatever joy is seen, anywhere at all, through contact with anything whatsoever — that joy is of the supreme Brahman alone, having its flashing-forth as its mark.
