In plain words
See the rope as it is, and the snake-thought is simply not there — it has dissolved into the rope. Exactly so: know Brahman, and the world's appearance dissolves right there in Brahman, and the delusion dissolves with it.
Close to the Sanskrit
Just as, upon the ascertainment of the rope's own nature, the snake-cognition is not [present], but is dissolved into the rope — exactly so, by the direct knowing of Brahman the world-appearance is dissolved there itself, together with the delusion.
