In plain words

It shines by its own light, and it is the self of everything. It keeps shining as one single self — I, I — without a break, right on into dreamless sleep. The intellect never stops changing; this is what knows the intellect and never changes at all. That Brahman, pure awareness and nothing else, is what you are.

Close to the Sanskrit

That which is self-luminous, having all as its self, which shines constantly as one single Self in the form 'I, I' right into deep sleep; which is the changeless knower of the intellect that undergoes every modification — that Brahman, mere pure awareness, you are.
