In plain words
For the renunciate settled in knowledge and nothing besides, the whole machinery of ritual has no opening left in it. That is his rite. That is his dawn-and-dusk worship. That is everything — and apart from That, there is nothing.
Close to the Sanskrit
For the mendicant absorbed in sole abidance in knowledge, there is indeed no room at all in the framework of ritual action. That alone is his rite, that alone his sandhyā-worship, that alone everything; there is nothing other than That.
