In plain words
Resting the mind effortlessly in your own true nature—that is the only practice worth the name. Whatever requires the instruments of body, speech, and mind is merely false, born of unreality.
Close to the Sanskrit
The abiding of the mind in its own true form is considered the real practice. Whatever is accomplishable by the three instruments is false, because of its unreality.
