Just as the sun merely witnesses worldly actions, just as fire burns, and just as a rope has no real touch with the illusion superimposed upon it—so too is my unchanging, conscious Self.

Just as the sun has a witness nature regarding human actions, just as fire has burning power, and just as the rope has association with a superimposed object, so indeed is that of my unchanging conscious Self.
