। ॥ ९३ ॥

In plain words

The visible field takes countless clear forms, blue, yellow and every other color, while the eye that sees them has one form. Manas, the mind, can itself be seen, and so can the Buddhi-vṛttis, movements of intellect shaped like their objects. Behind each seen seer stands the Lord as seeing itself; the final witness never becomes an object.

Close to the Sanskrit

Every visible form is clear and manifold—blue, yellow and the rest—while the eye that sees them all is one in form and known in immediate experience. Manas too is seen, and the Buddhi-vṛttis, the intellect's modifications shaped as objects, are also things seen. The Lord here is the seer alone; the witness is never seen as an object.
