। ॥ २० ॥

In plain words

You pour from every limb a thick flood of rays, and that flood is liquid nectar. Whoever holds you in the heart like an image cut from moonstone — he breaks the arrogance of snakes the way Garuḍa breaks it, and with one look, a vein running nectar, he cools whoever is burning with fever.

Close to the Sanskrit

He who places you in his heart — you who scatter from your limbs the nectar-essence of a massed cluster of rays — as though you were a figure carved of moonstone: he quells the pride of serpents like the king of birds, and by his glance, by a vein streaming nectar, he brings ease to those scorched by fever.
