In plain words
Let my chatter be japa. Let everything my hands make be the shaping of your mudrās. Let my walking be circumambulation, my eating and all the rest the pouring of oblations, my lying down a prostration, my every comfort and pleasure part of it too. Whatever I happen to be doing — seen as the offering of myself to you — let it become another word for worshipping you.
Close to the Sanskrit
Chatter is japa; all craft too is the forming of mudrās; walking is the stepping of circumambulation; eating and the rest is the rite of oblation; lying down is prostration; and all pleasure — whatever play of mine there is, let it become, through the outlook of self-offering, a synonym for your worship.
