। ॥ ३० ॥
In plain words
O eternal Goddess, Aṇimā and the other Siddhis, powers shining as rays from your own body, attend you on every side. Whoever meditates always, 'I am you,' counts even three-eyed Śiva's splendour as a blade of grass; for him the fire of cosmic dissolution itself becomes the circling flame of Nīrājana worship.
Close to the Sanskrit
Surrounded on every side by rays born from your own body—Aṇimā, the power of minuteness, and the other Siddhis—whoever constantly contemplates, 'I am you, O eternal one worthy of worship,' regards the three-eyed one's majesty as straw. What wonder that for him the great fire of dissolution performs the Nīrājana rite of waving lights?
