In plain words

O banner of Himavān's line, may the graceful ridge of your nose yield the blessing fit for us. Pearls seem to form within it from your cool, moonlike breath, so richly that one pearl appears even outside as your nose-jewel.

Close to the Sanskrit

O banner-cloth of the Snow Mountain's line, may this near ridge of your nose bear the fitting fruit for us. It carries pearls within, formed from your moon-cool breath; so abundant are they that it bears a pearl-gem outside as well.
