In plain words
Your four arms are creepers, soft as lotus stalks, and the lotus-born Brahmā praises their beauty with all four of his faces. He is still trembling before the nails of Andhaka's enemy — that first wrenching has not left him — and so he sings, hoping your hand of fearlessness will come down on all four of his heads at once.
Close to the Sanskrit
The beauty of your four arm-creepers, soft as lotus stalks, the lotus-born one praises with four faces — trembling in fear of the nails of Andhaka's foe on account of that first wrenching off, with the intention of the placing of the fear-dispelling hand equally upon his four heads.
