। ॥ ७३ ॥

In plain words

O banner of the mountain king, those two breasts of yours are ruby flasks filled with the essence of immortality. There is no shadow of doubt left in our minds about this, for even now, those two youths—the elephant-faced Ganesha and the vanquisher of Mount Kraunca—still nurse at them, innocent of any worldly romance.

Close to the Sanskrit

Those two ruby-flask-like breasts of yours, O banner of the mountain king, cause no ripple of doubt in our minds; because those two youths, who are even now unacquainted with the joy of union with brides, drink from them—the elephant-faced one and the crusher of Kraunca.
