। ॥ ७२ ॥

In plain words

O Devī, Skanda and the elephant-faced Heramba drink from your two breasts together, yet they stream without ceasing; may they carry away our sorrow. Seeing them, Heramba is suddenly seized by doubt and feels his own two temple-globes with his hand—a sight that raises a smile.

Close to the Sanskrit

O Devī, may this pair of breasts of yours — drunk at once by Skanda and by the elephant-faced one, its nipples continually streaming — carry away our sorrow; looking upon which, Heramba, his heart agitated with sudden apprehension, the maker of laughter, instantly feels his own two temple-globes with his hand.
