In plain words

To bring Rudra down, daughter of the mountain, the god of the five arrows made your two calves into quivers — and packed them with twice his count. The proof is at their mouths: ten arrowheads in plain sight, disguised as the nails of your two feet, each one honed on a single whetstone, the crowns of the gods.

Close to the Sanskrit

In order to vanquish Rudra, O daughter of the mountain, he whose arrows are odd in number surely made your two shanks into two quivers pregnant with twice those arrows; for at their tip are seen ten arrow-heads, wearing the disguise of the nail-tips of your pair of feet, sharpened on that one whetstone, the crowns of the gods.
