In plain words

May the Tripuṇḍra—the three sacred-ash lines on the forehead of Mṛḍānī’s beloved—protect you. Moon-white, it rises like three streams of Jāhnavī, forms a bright silver stairway on the path to Nirvāṇa, the freedom of liberation, and marks his victory over the three cities of Indra’s enemies.

Close to the Sanskrit

May the Tripuṇḍra—the threefold mark of sacred ash—of Mṛḍānī’s husband protect you without fail. White with moonlight, it gleams high upon his forehead like Jāhnavī rising in three streams; it suggests a shining silver staircase ascending the path to Nirvāṇa—liberation—and appears as the clear victory-lines drawn by his conquest of the three cities of Indra’s enemies.
