In plain words

May the radiant cheeks of Gangā’s beloved, before which the guardians of the worlds bow, protect you always. Brighter than the moon on the tenth night of the waxing fortnight, they mirror Pārvatī so clearly that she repeatedly mistakes her own reflection for another woman and turns on her husband in jealous anger.

Close to the Sanskrit

Seeing her own form reflected in those two radiantly shining cheeks, the mountain’s daughter truly grows angry with her husband, overcome by rivalry because she repeatedly suspects another woman. May those two cheeks of the divine river’s beloved, far whiter than the moon on the tenth night of the bright fortnight and before which the guardians of the worlds bow, always protect you.
