In plain words
May the high, flawless nose of the Lord bearing the Khaṭvāṅga staff protect you always. Its open nostril calls to mind a radiant white king-serpent, hood raised and breathing hard as it seeks the opening of his mouth; the nose itself shines like the seed-vessel at the heart of his lovely lotus-face.
Close to the Sanskrit
May that nose of the Lord whose raised hand bears the Khaṭvāṅga staff suffice for your constant protection. Its clearly open, broad nostril suggests an intensely white king-serpent, hood lifted and breathing deeply, eager to enter the cavity of his mouth; on his lovely lotus-face it gleams like the central pericarp, exceedingly pure and high-ridged.
