। ॥ ७४ ॥

In plain words

The noose of craving, the ache of being tied by it, the stale residue it leaves behind — let all of it be broken by fragrances that are divine and not the least bit faint. Śiva, you wear the open sky and nothing more: let your lotus feet leave the small casket of my mind perfumed.

Close to the Sanskrit

With divine fragrances, in no way faint, intent upon the breaking of the foul residues that are the affliction of the noose of craving and the rest — may the lotus foot of Him whose garment is the quarters of the sky render my mind's casket perfumed.
