In plain words
The ritual offerings are fully arranged, yet how are we to worship you? I have not attained the rare forms of bird or boar. O husband of Umā, O Lord, I do not know your head or your tender foot-sprout—nor indeed was your reality known even to Brahmā and Hari when they took those forms.

Abundances of worship materials are prepared; how do we perform worship? Birdhood and also boarhood were not attained by me, hard to reach. I know not your head or tender foot-sprout, O husband of Uma, O Lord, nor was it known truly by Brahma and Hari, who assumed those forms.
