In plain words
She wears every ornament. Her words are plain and easy, her conduct keeps good measure, her syllables are gold. Good people speak well of her. Her qualities are sweet, she draws the eye, she is rich in every auspicious mark. Her jewellery is fresh and striking, she has been taught modesty, and the line of her meaning shines out clear. She is auspicious. O God, O beloved of Gaurī — my poetry is my daughter. Take her hand.
