। ॥ १३ ॥

In plain words

Its great encircling wall is hung over with nets of pearl and ruby — you cannot look away. Quarter after quarter of the sky, mansions ring it, inlaid with gems no price could name, built for the guardians of the directions; and around them the gardens that Pārvatī's women love and tend. That is the house of the lord of the world, the one with the half-moon at his crest. May it never leave my heart.

Close to the Sanskrit

With nets of pearls and rubies its vast rampart wrought over, worthy of being gazed upon; encompassed in direction after direction by mansions inlaid with priceless gems, fashioned for the lords of the quarters, and by gardens held dear by the attendant women of the mountain's daughter — may that heart-pleasing abode of the world's lord, of him who wears the half-moon on his crest, be always in my heart.
