In plain words

Pillars cut from the finest of Indra's diamonds stand along its edges. The stairway gleams. Masses of clear jewels are threaded into carving that never runs thin. At the top, spotless golden domes are set exactly where they belong, and the beauty is complete. Every sage in the gathering holds it in honour. May Śambhu's hall be a blessing to us.

May Śambhu's assembly hall — its border regions furnished with pillars fashioned from the choicest of Indra's gems, its stairway gleaming, its ample craftwork inlaid with masses of pure jewels, its splendour made complete by spotless golden domes well fitted upon its head, and worthy of honour from the whole company of sages — be a giver of blessing to us.
