। ॥ २० ॥

In plain words

A silk from China so white it robs milk of its glow, and holding it a girdle-chain of priceless gems wrapped in the light of its own stones. And those hips beneath it are the ripened fruit of the Mountain Daughter’s virtuous deeds. There, on the hips of the moon-crested Lord of all the worlds—let my mind dance, and go on dancing, without stopping.

Close to the Sanskrit

On the hips — wrapped in a Chinese silk garment, bound with an auspicious girdle-chain that is embraced by the rays of a mass of priceless gems set upon it, [a garment] stealing away the gathered radiance of milk; hips that are the ripening of the good deeds of the mountain's daughter — let my mind dance ceaselessly, [the hips] of the moon-crested Lord of the entire world.
