। ॥ ४० ॥

In plain words

To the gods and to the dānavas; to the ancestors, to the gathered sages, to the siddhas and the vidyādharas; to the Sādhyas, to the Cāraṇas; to human beings, to animals, to the winged tribes, to insects and everything of that order; and to all that grows on holy Kailāsa too — the grasses, the trees, and the rest of them: to every one of these, whose refuge is Śarva's feet, I offer my bow without a moment's weighing.

To the gods, to the dānavas, to the ancestors, the assemblies of sages, the siddhas and the vidyādharas; to the Sādhyas, to the Cāraṇas, to humans, animals, the winged kinds, insects and the rest; and to those also which, grown upon holy Kailāsa, are grasses, trees and such as have these at their head — to all of them, whose refuge is Śarva's feet, without deliberation I offer my bow.
