In plain words
Though I bathed at dawn, I brought no water from the Gaṅgā—the Ganges—for your ritual bath. I did not gather an unbroken bilva leaf from the deep forest for worship, or bring you a garland of lotuses blooming in the lake with fragrant flowers. Forgive my offense: Śiva, Śiva, Śiva, O Śrī Mahādeva, Śambhu.

My offense is to be forgiven: Śiva, Śiva, Śiva, O Śrī Mahādeva, Śambhu.
