In plain words

Come with the first among your own — the vānara chiefs, the kings of the earth, armies past counting: Rāma, be gracious. I bow to you; let the bow stand, Lord — Rāma, be gracious. Rule me, rule me, and do it in the open, my Master.

Close to the Sanskrit

With those counted foremost among your own devotees, with the lords of the monkeys, with the lords of the earth, and with armies beyond number — O Rāma, be gracious. Salutation to you; let there be salutation, O Lord — O Rāma, be gracious. Rule, rule me openly, O Master.
