यदावर्णयत्कर्णमूलेऽन्तकालेशिवो राम रामेति रामेति काश्याम् ।तदेकं परं तारकब्रह्मरूपंभजेऽहं भजेऽहं भजेऽहं भजेऽहम् ॥ ३ ॥

In plain words

In Kāśī, at the hour of death, Śiva bends to the ear and sounds it out: Rāma, Rāma — Rāma. That one, that supreme, the Tāraka-Brahman itself taking form — I worship, I worship, I worship, I worship.
