। ॥ १०९ ॥

In plain words

The rising of all the worlds — that is me. I am the one at play in the garden of the Upaniṣads. And for the ocean of grief that has burst its shores, I am the flame of the fire in the mouth of the mare beneath the sea.

Close to the Sanskrit

I alone am the arising of the worlds; I am one whose sporting is carried on in the garden of the Upaniṣads; I am the flame of the oblation-bearing fire in the mouth of the submarine mare, set against the ocean of grief that has overflowed its shore.
