In plain words

I am the Lord even of the lords. Envy, hatred, the residue they leave behind — none of it clings to me. And for those who turn their minds to look at me, I am the very means by which what they most want comes about.

I am the Lord of lords; I am one devoid of the clinging taint of envy and hatred. For those whose minds hold [me as] the object of their beholding, I am given over to the means of accomplishing the human goals they desire.
