In plain words

I am the oblation poured into the fire for the gods. I am the offering set out for the ancestors. In me there is nothing to reject and nothing to reach for — that whole motion is absent. I am Hari, I am Hara, I am Brahmā the ordainer; and I alone am the source the three of them come from.

I am the oblation to the gods, I am the offering to the ancestors, I am devoid of the condition of what-is-to-be-rejected and what-is-to-be-accepted. I am Hari, I am Hara, I am Vidhi, and I alone am the cause of them.
