। ॥ ९२ ॥

In plain words

In one body, pleasure and pain come out many, because the limbs are many. It is the same here: difference does not exist at all, and still the experience of these selves comes in many kinds.

Close to the Sanskrit

Just as, in the body, there is a manyness of pleasures and pains owing to the difference of the limbs, so here, even when difference does not exist, there is a manifoldness of experience of these selves.
