In plain words

The one who knows Brahman attains the supreme. To this very fact, this verse is declared: Brahman is truth, knowledge, and infinity. He who knows this truth dwelling within the secret cave of the heart in the supreme space enjoys all fulfilling desires simultaneously, united with the omniscient Brahman. From that very Self, space emerged; from space, air; from air, fire; from fire, water; from water, earth; from earth, plants; from plants, food; and from food, the human being. That human person is indeed made of the essence of food. Of that physical being, faith or a specific attitude forms the head, the right side is one wing, the left side is the other wing, the torso is the self, and the lower part is the tail serving as the foundation.
