त्प्रेत्य ।एतमन्नमयमात्मानमुपसङ्क्रामति ।एत प्राणमयमात्मानमुपसङ्क्रामति ।एत मनोमयमात्मानमुपसङ्क्रामति ।एत विज्ञानमयमात्मानमुपसङ्क्रामति ।एतमानन्दमयमात्मानमुपसङ्क्रामति ।तदप्येष श्लोको भवति ॥ ७ ॥

Transcending this physical sheath made of food, he passes beyond. Transcending the sheath of vital breath, he passes beyond. Transcending the mental sheath, he passes beyond. Transcending the intellective sheath, he passes beyond. Transcending even the blissful sheath, he realizes the ultimate Self. To this very effect, there is this verse.
