In plain words

Light pours up from its gems until the sky itself becomes a canopy, rippling overhead. The incense of fine black agarwood fills the air to the farthest horizon, and its fame travels as far as the fragrance. Every god there is has come, and they attend it day and night without pause. That pavilion of jewels—this one, here—may it go on shining in my mind, and never stop.

Whose splendour is a flashing canopy fashioned out of the sky by the mass of upsurging radiance; renowned throughout the region of sky and horizons perfumed by the incense of fine black agarwood; ceaselessly attended by all the hosts of gods who have come to serve—may that very resplendent jewel pavilion shine unceasingly in my mind.
