। ॥ ९८ ॥
In plain words
At the bindu—that point made wholly of bliss, desired by all the worlds—Sundarī abides in the dwelling fashioned by Bhairavī, primordial Tripurā. Her eyes shine with bliss; her ornaments and robes blaze with clusters of gems; her face bursts into radiance. She is the secret of the higher and the lower. May that Yoginī protect me.

In the baindava seat, made wholly of bliss, longed for by all the worlds — in the dwelling fashioned by Bhairavī, the primordial Tripurā — Sundarī abides: her eyes shining with bliss, her ornaments and garments blazing with clusters of gems, her face bursting into radiance, she who is the secret of the higher and the lower. May that Yoginī protect me.
