In plain words
Sit quietly in solitude and let the mind rest in the Supreme. See clearly the Self as whole and complete, and see this world as sublated in that knowledge. Let past karma dissolve in the power of pure Consciousness, and do not bind yourself to fresh karma. Let the prārabdha already in motion run its course here; then abide as the Self that is Supreme Brahman.
Close to the Sanskrit
In solitude let one sit at ease; let the mind be absorbed in the Supreme. Let the complete Self be thoroughly discerned; let this world be seen as sublated by That. Let prior karma be dissolved through the power of Consciousness, and let one not be joined even to subsequent karmas. But let prārabdha be experienced here; then let one abide as the Self that is Supreme Brahman.
