In plain words

Therefore, since you have no connection with the impurities of form, Saṃskāra, and the rest, you are not different from Paramātman. Nothing in perception or the other Pramāṇas contradicts the recognition, 'I am Paramātman itself.' The Śrutis declare: 'That knew itself alone: I am Brahman'; 'It is to be seen as one alone'; 'I alone am below'; 'Ātman alone is below'; 'One should see everything as Ātman'; 'When everything for him is Ātman alone'; 'All this is this Ātman'; 'This one is partless'; 'Without interior and without exterior'; 'Unborn, with both exterior and interior'; 'This is Brahman itself'; 'Through this door it entered'; 'These are names of Prajñāna'; 'Brahman is truth, Jñāna, and infinite'; 'From That indeed'; 'Having created it, That entered it'; 'The one Deva, hidden in all beings, all-pervading'; 'Bodiless among bodies'; 'It is not born and does not die'; 'Dream and waking'; 'One should know: That is my Ātman'; 'But he who—all beings...'; 'That moves and does not move'; 'Vena, seeing That'; 'That alone is fire'; 'I became Manu and the sun'; 'The ruler entered within beings'; 'Being alone, gentle one'; and 'That is the Real; That is Ātman; you are That.'

Therefore, because you have no connection with impurities such as form and Saṃskāra, you are not different from Paramātman; and because perception and the other Pramāṇas do not contradict this, it is proper to understand, 'I am Paramātman indeed.' The Śrutis say: 'That knew itself alone: I am Brahman'; 'It is to be seen as one alone'; 'I alone am below'; 'Ātman alone is below'; 'One should see everything as Ātman'; 'When everything for him is Ātman alone'; 'All this is this Ātman'; 'This one is partless'; 'Without interior and without exterior'; 'The unborn is indeed with exterior and interior'; 'This is Brahman itself'; 'Through this door it entered'; 'The names of Prajñāna'; 'Truth, Jñāna, infinite is Brahman'; 'From That indeed'; 'Having created it, That entered it'; 'The one Deva, hidden in all beings, all-pervading'; 'Bodiless among bodies'; 'It is not born and does not die'; 'Dream and waking'; 'One should know: That is my Ātman'; 'But he who—all beings...'; 'That moves and does not move'; 'Vena, seeing That'; 'That alone is fire'; 'I became Manu and the sun'; 'The ruler entered within beings'; 'Being alone, gentle one'; and 'That is the Real; that is Ātman; you are That.'
