Scripture teaches it plainly: That is other than the known, and other than the unknown. So bondage, liberation, and all the rest of them — every such state — are in exactly the same way imagined in the Ātman.

Because of the teaching, "That is indeed other than the known and the unknown" — bondage, liberation, and the rest, [these] states, are likewise imagined in the Self.
