In plain words

Put down this 'I' and 'mine', on every side, with nothing held back. What is left is a ground with no body in it, open as the sky — and clear seeing, scripture, and reasoning all declare the same thing. If a person becomes certain of that, he is free.

Close to the Sanskrit

Having put away, on every side, this [notion] 'mine' and 'I' — the bodiless state, like the sky, declared by clear perception, scripture, and inference — if a man has become certain about this, he is released.
