In plain words

This is the highest secret, the place where seeking ends. Let those whose faults have fallen away, who have set down their self-importance, look at it closely — and keep the mind always straight, always honest. For there is not one person who sees what is real and still takes that reality to be something other than his own Self.

Close to the Sanskrit

This supreme secret, the ultimate resort, having been thoroughly examined by those whose faults have departed and who are free of self-conceit — the mind should always be set upon uprightness; for no seer of reality whatsoever regards the reality as other than his own Self.
