Through the clear realization of the Self born of discrimination, all suffering is dispelled, just as eye diseases are cured. By the very nature of this discrimination, the darkness of ignorance vanishes, even if one does not consciously wish it to go.

By the intellect of discrimination of the Self, pain is dispelled like [diseases of] the eye etc. By the nature of non-discrimination, darkness departs of one who does not wish.
