In plain words

I am not other than the supreme, the eternal — so I am full, always, and nothing is left for me to want. Always free, I ask for no benefit at all. Mind: put your effort into your own stillness, and put more of it there.

Close to the Sanskrit

Since I am not other than the supreme, the eternal, I am always indeed content; therefore there is no wanting for me. And always indeed free, I do not desire any good. Strive, O mind, all the more for your own quieting.
