In plain words
In that which no thought ever built — the unborn, the one without a second, the imperishable — they still keep manufacturing what is and what is not, and give each invention a birth of its own. So they walk, again and again without a break, into being born, into aging, into dying — a becoming whose only source is the māyā of their own mind.
Close to the Sanskrit
Even in the unfabricated — thus, in the unborn, non-dual, imperishable — imagining the existent and the non-existent along with births, they continually go to becoming, whose origin is the māyā of their own mind, and to old age, and to death.
