In plain words

The Fullness has no form, and none of the other marks that make a thing an object, so it can never be the thing seen. In just the same way it is understood: the Fullness can never be the thing known.

Close to the Sanskrit

Just as, because of the absence of form and the rest, the Fullness is not an object of seeing and the other acts of perception, so it is understood that it is not an object of cognition.
