In plain words

I am always the same in every being — the Lord, beyond both the perishable and the imperishable, the highest there is. I am the reality of the supreme Self, and non-dual too. And being exactly that, I am covered over by avidyā, which presents me as my own opposite.

Close to the Sanskrit

And always, in all beings, I am the same, the Lord, higher than the perishable and the imperishable, and indeed the highest; and I am the reality of the supreme Self, and non-dual as well — yet, being so, I am covered over by ignorance, by way of inversion.
