In plain words

"I am supreme Brahman; with this firm realization, the seer of the Self is never born again"—such is the declaration of the Veda. Just as no fruit appears when the seed is destroyed, so there is no birth when delusion is absent. Notions such as "This is mine, that is yours, I am like this, and another is otherwise" are nothing more than the imaginary constructs of a deluded mind, resting upon the ever-even, non-dual, and auspicious Brahman.

Close to the Sanskrit

"I am supreme Brahman, with a firm conviction, the seer of the Self, (one) is not born again"—thus is the word of the Veda. And indeed when the seed is not, the fruit is not produced; there is no birth, because indeed there is lack of delusion. "This is mine thus, and thy this is such, and I am thus, nor is another also otherwise"—just sheer delusion is this person's imagination, always in the even, non-dual, auspicious Brahman.
