In plain words

Knowledge is enjoined by scripture; so is action — in being commanded, the two are no different. And scripture records the demerit that follows when the prescribed rites are left undone. So action must still be performed, even by those who want mokṣa.

Close to the Sanskrit

As knowledge, so action — because of the absence of distinction in their being enjoined; and precisely because of the scriptural record of demerit, action is to be performed by those desiring liberation.
