Verse 22

अजडात्मवदाभान्ति यत्सान्निध्याज्जडा अपि ।देहेन्द्रियमनःप्राणाः सोऽहमित्यवधारय ॥ २० ॥

In plain words

Even the body, the senses, the mind, and the vital breaths—though entirely inert by nature—shine as if sentient simply because of your nearness. Know with certainty: That luminous presence is who I am.

By whose proximity even the inert body, senses, mind, and vital breaths shine as if they possess consciousness; that [seer] is I—ascertain this.
