In plain words

I take refuge in the divine chest of Lord Vishnu—a cool resting grove for those exhausted by the weary path of worldly life, blooming with fresh forest garlands, bright with the tender red rays of the Kaustubha gem and pure pearls, marked by the shining Srivatsa, and humming with dark swarms of bees.

Close to the Sanskrit

I take refuge in that chest of the Sarnga-bow holder, which is spread over with tender shoot-like rays of the Kaustubha gem, abounding in charming pearls, marked with the shining Srivatsa, adorned with a blossomed fresh forest garland, bounded by shining arms, lovely like the Sri tree, darkened by swarms of bees, and resorted to like a pleasure grove by those afflicted by the fatigue of the path of worldly existence.
